NATTY+ LLC ("NATTY+", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you place an order through nattypp.com, we collect only what is needed to fulfill your order:
- Name — to address you and label your order.
- Phone number — to send you order confirmation, payment instructions, and to answer questions if you opt in to SMS, and as a backup contact otherwise.
- Email address — to send you order confirmation, payment instructions, and shipping updates if you do not opt in to SMS, and as a backup channel otherwise.
- Shipping address — only if you choose to have your order shipped.
- Order notes — anything you voluntarily add to your order.
We do not collect passwords, credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive financial identifiers. All payments are handled outside of our website through your chosen payment app (Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or Apple Pay/Cash).
How we use your information
- To confirm your order and send you payment instructions by SMS or by email, based on your choice at checkout.
- To send shipping and tracking updates by your chosen channel.
- To ship or hand off your order.
- To respond to your questions and communicate about your order.
- To keep internal records of orders placed.
SMS messaging
SMS messaging is optional. At checkout, an SMS consent checkbox is presented to you, unchecked by default. You may affirmatively check the box to receive transactional text messages from NATTY+ related to your order — including order confirmation, payment instructions, shipping and tracking updates, and replies from customer support. If you do not check the box, you will receive these same communications by email at the address you provide at checkout instead. SMS consent is not required to place an order.
For customers who opt in: message frequency is typically 2–5 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for support.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We share your information only in these limited cases:
- With Twilio, Inc., our SMS service provider, to deliver text messages to you.
- With Resend, Inc., our email service provider, to deliver transactional emails to you.
- With Cloudflare, Inc., our website host, to the extent needed to operate the site.
- With shipping carriers (such as USPS) to deliver your order, if you choose shipping.
- If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The website runs over HTTPS, and order data is transmitted securely. No system is 100% secure, but we do our part.
Age requirement
This site is intended for customers 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Your rights
You can request to see, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights; we honor these requests on request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
