Welcome to NATTY+ (nattypp.com), operated by NATTY+ LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Products — research use only
All products sold by NATTY+ are intended for research use only. They are not approved by the FDA for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. You represent that you are purchasing these products solely for laboratory and in vitro research. Products are not intended for human ingestion, injection, or topical use.
Age requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from NATTY+. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Ordering and payment
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an order request. Your order is confirmed once we respond with payment instructions. Payment is due before your order is prepared or shipped. We accept payment via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and Apple Pay / Apple Cash. We do not accept credit cards or checks.
All sales are final upon payment. Because of the nature of the products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If a package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or the product is materially not as described, we may make it right at our sole discretion — see our full Returns & Refunds policy for how those cases are handled.
Cancellations and refunds
Unpaid orders are never charged and simply do not proceed. A paid order may be cancelable before it ships — contact us as soon as possible. Once a package is with the carrier it can no longer be canceled. Full detail, including how damaged, lost, or not-as-described packages are handled, lives in the Returns & Refunds policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Pricing, promotions, and discount codes
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Sales and promotions are temporary pricing overlays that we may start, modify, or end at any time. Discount codes — including welcome codes, partner/influencer codes, and promotional codes — are subject to the following:
- One discount code per order; codes do not stack with each other.
- Codes have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be resold.
- We may limit, deactivate, or decline any code at any time, including for suspected abuse.
- Where an obvious pricing error occurs (for example, a misplaced decimal), we may correct it and cancel and refund affected orders rather than fulfill at the erroneous price.
Shipping and handoff
If you select shipping at checkout, you are responsible for providing an accurate address and for any shipping fees indicated. We ship only within the United States. Delivery times vary. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the carrier.
Local pickup or meetup may be arranged at our discretion if you prefer not to ship.
Order tracking
You can check the status of any order on our Track Your Order page using your order number and the email you used at checkout. Once your order ships, we also send tracking by SMS or email. Carrier tracking information is provided by the carrier and displayed as received; delivery estimates are the carrier's and are not guarantees.
Order communications — SMS or email
NATTY+ contacts customers about their orders by SMS or email. At checkout, customers may opt in to SMS for order confirmation, payment instructions, and shipping updates by checking the SMS consent box. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Customers who do not opt in to SMS receive these communications by email at the address provided at checkout instead. SMS consent is not required to place an order.
SMS / text messaging program
Program name: NATTY+ Order Notifications
Description: By affirmatively opting in at checkout, you agree to receive SMS messages from NATTY+ about your order, including order confirmations, payment instructions, shipping updates, and customer service responses.
Opt-in: Optional. The SMS consent checkbox at checkout is unchecked by default. You must affirmatively check it to consent.
Message frequency: Varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive 2–5 messages per order.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not responsible for undelivered or delayed messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Email list (optional)
Separately from order communications, you may join our email list (for example, through the signup in the site footer) to receive occasional marketing emails — restock alerts, new products, and subscriber offers. Joining is optional, is not required to place an order, and may come with a welcome discount code (subject to the discount-code terms above). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. See the Privacy Policy for how your email address is handled.
Partner program
NATTY+ operates a referral partner program with its own application, commission structure, and rules, described on the Partner Program page. Participation is subject to our approval and to the program terms presented during application; we may modify or discontinue the program, or any partner's participation, at our discretion.
Website content and intellectual property
All content on this website — text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and the NATTY+ name and branding — belongs to NATTY+ LLC and may not be copied, scraped, or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product and research information on this site may be updated or corrected at any time, and we do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
User responsibility and assumption of risk
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are acquiring products for legitimate research purposes only.
- You will not use, administer, or provide these products for or to any human or animal.
- You accept full responsibility for how you store, handle, and use any product you purchase.
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
No medical advice
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Information about a product's mechanism of action is for scientific reference only. If you have questions about health, consult a licensed healthcare provider.
Disclaimer of warranties
Products are sold "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NATTY+ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NATTY+ LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of this website or any product purchased from us. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NATTY+ LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
